360insights Appoints New Leadership in Client Success & Engineering

Leading incentive management software provider shores up its executive leadership with the addition of client success and software product development veterans.

360insights, a global channel incentives leader offering consumer and channel rebates, SPIFF programs, MDF & co-op ad processing, sales allowances and channel insights, today announced the additions of Dana Miller, SVP Client Development & Strategy and David Maw VP of Engineering & Technology.     

Dana Miller joins 360insights from Crimson Hexagon where she previously held the position of Chief Customer Officer and SVP of Client Services. Dana brings with her a passion for supporting remarkable customer experience by focusing on smooth, comprehensive onboarding with the goal of becoming a trusted and long-term strategic partner for clients.  Dana will lead 360insights’ Client Success team with a focus on expanding opportunities within the company’s client base which includes over 120 of the world’s leading brands.

David Maw joins 360insights after recently leading engineering at Alchemy Systems and K2 Digital.  A tenured technology leader, David will be responsible for delivering on the company’s strategic focus for its product through innovative and sound technology.  David is reunited at 360insights with Chris Osborne, VP of Product and Insights Development who worked with David at both Totem and TC Continental. Together they will lead the development of the company’s Channel Success Platform.
