C A S E S T U DY THE SCOPE Stapleton's has 80 years' experience as one of the UK's largest distributors of car and van tires. Having adopted a customer-centric philosophy, Stapleton's continuously strives to meet the needs of the fast-moving tire market and ensure their customers receive the highest quality service they can rely on. Stapleton's were looking for an effective way of engaging with their customers and maximizing their relationships, to safeguard loyalty and retention of their business. Stapleton's were seeking to be top of their customers minds when making purchasing decisions, encouraging them to go out of their way to shop at Stapleton's because they were receiving an excellent service. THE CHALLENGE Stapleton's aim was to create an immersive customer experience for 6,000+ UK independent garages and wholesalers and utilize these loyal customers, to encourage the repeat purchase of premium tire ranges. Renowned as a highly competitive segment of their market, premium tire ranges have higher profit margins, which will deliver business growth. Stapleton's were situated within a challenging competitor space, with multiple industry incentive programs already in play. To position them as leading UK distributor, Stapleton's needed to launch an advantageous advocacy and incentive program. Whilst efficiently utilizing partner manufacturer budget and creating dedicated promotions to drive activity. Furthermore, use this opportunity of applying enhanced technology, to update and streamline business processes, reducing administration time and laborious tasks. THE SOLUTION Stapleton's Rewards utilizes white label points banking technology platform delivered by 360insights. Customers earn points by purchasing premium tires (16"-24" range) from Continental, Michelin, Pirelli or Dunlop. Three user groups are assigned to Continental, Michelin and Pirelli, with customers receiving extra points for placing orders with one of these named brands. The program view is customized, per user group membership, providing certain access to promotions, resources or activity specific to the brand.
